Opportu coaching provides your executive with a high impact experience like no other.

We go deep, acting as powerful human mirrors with “detached engagement”, and providing essential tools for employees to reflect on insights and get to the core of individual and collective professional development challenges.

Coaching is offered at the executive level, from emerging leaders to the C-suite, and the group/team level, from 2 people up to large groups. Typical 1:1 coaching engagements last for six months and include deep inquiry into existing barriers to success (at individual and stakeholder levels), including:

  • Our proprietary 360 and values assessments
  • Intensive, customized building of new awareness, behaviors and skills
  • A transition to self-coaching mode at the end of the engagement
