Coaching is offered at various levels, from emerging leaders to the C-suite, and the group/team level, from 2 people up to large groups. Typical 1:1 coaching engagements last for six months and include deep inquiry into existing barriers to success (at individual and stakeholder levels), including:
- Our proprietary Opportu 360 and Values assessments
- Intensive, customized building of self awareness and skills
- Measurable, significant behavior change
- A transition to self-coaching mode at the end of the engagement
